A Manhattan man received a life-threatening cut to the neck at his residence Monday evening and was taken to Mercy Regional Health Center in critical condition. Lt. Kurt Moldrup, of the Riley County Police Department, said an anonymous 911 call at 8:36 p.m.

These were the last words Erica heard from her boyfriend before she found herself homeless.
Erica has been homeless for three months now and came to get help at Friday's PHC.
"I need to get a birth certificate because I laminated mine and I guess you're not supposed to do that," said Erica.
